We created an explainer video animation for WPI, presenting the fCloud service — a modern platform for automatic archiving of receipts in the cloud, equipped with advanced data analytics.

The animation dynamically presents the advantages of this solution, which speeds up the work of finance and accounting departments in large and medium-sized enterprises.

With fCloud, businesses can efficiently store and analyze fiscal documents, such as receipts and e-receipts, with easy access to every printout.WPI's fCloud service is more than just a cloud-based database — it also offers tools for analyzing fiscal documents, allowing for better financial management and optimization of accounting processes.

Project outline

Our goal was to create a dynamic animation that would present the functionalities and benefits of using fCloud in an accessible way.
The animation was intended to explain how the platform facilitates archiving of receipts and supports financial analysis. We wanted the animation to be understandable to a wide audience and at the same time present the advanced capabilities of the platform in a simple and clear way.

Stylistics and Concept

The animation is realized in 2D style using stylized 3D elements that add depth and dynamics to the visualization. The whole is consistent with WPI branding, with bold colors and iconography that make it easier to understand how the platform works.

Clear graphics and animation effects allow you to quickly and efficiently assimilate the most important information.

The end result

The final animation is a dynamic presentation of the advantages of the fCloud platform, which effectively shows how automatic archiving of receipts and analysis of financial data can improve the performance of enterprises.

Thanks to the combination of modern animation techniques and an accessible form of communication, animation is both informative and visually appealing.
